Join us in this one-of-a-kind event as the 12 student 'Accelerators' debut three solutions to regional challenges presented by the University of Dayton Research Institute, the Air Force Research Laboratory and Emerson Climate Technologies.
Initiating on May 9th, 2016, this 11-week critical, creative and innovative process, three experiences have been designed, developed and created by these Accelerators, whose backgrounds of study range from engineering to international studies. The experiences will take place both on the University of Dayton campus and in Downtown Dayton’s Fire Blocks District, making this culmination very unique.
From 1-3 pm on July 22nd, all invitees will have the opportunity to engage in each of the three immersive experiences, study their deliverables and witness demos as requested from the challenge clients. A charter bus will be present at University of Dayton’s Institute for Arts Nexus (ArtStreet) to shuttle attendees back and forth between the campus and downtown every twenty minutes. And of course, individuals can drive themselves.
Starting at 3pm, the afternoon caps with an open forum conversation between the Accelerators and all Stakeholders, moderated by IAN Director, Brian LaDuca. The conversation will be open to all.
For those who cannot attend the opening afternoon of the Collaboration Accelerator, the IAN staff and Accelerators are happy to schedule specific times the following week to meet and immerse you in their deliverables. We just simply ask to email or call 24 hours prior to any requested experience.
No need to RSVP, but a Google invite will also be shared following this email. Doors will open at 1pm on the 22nd. We truly hope you will find the time to witness some world class innovative and creative solutions.
