Code & Coffee is an ongoing opportunity for you to practice your skills, meet new friends, and get help if you need it. Bring your laptop, your recent projects, and your programming problems! This also serves as an open house for anyone wanting to just get to know more about the group.
All are welcome regardless of gender or skill level, whether or not you've attended past Girl Develop It events. If you're a beginner, we'll be right there to help you work through your questions as needed.
Intermediate and advanced folks are welcome to join as well. Please come share your wisdom and advice!
Code & Coffee events are relaxed and informal, and are intended as a way for our community to work and play together while providing each other with ongoing support and feedback.
P.S. Proto also has beer and cocktails if you're in a happy hour mood. :D
This event is free, though of course we encourage you to support our fantastic host, Proto Build Bar! We'll be hanging out long enough for you to create a small 3D print if you're interested. Just bring your own STL or OBJ file on a USB flash drive. Visit thingiverse.com and tinkercad.com to find some really fun designs like this R2D2 cookie cutter. Feel free to get in touch with the Proto team with any questions you might have.

GDI now has 49 chapters and is an international 501c3 non-profit organization. The massive growth is projected to help women throughout the globe enhance their skill sets, illuminate their passions or hobbies to make beautiful code and websites, and spread the principles of effective software development.

GDI Dayton is actively seeking sponsors, instructors and TA's for future activities. If interested, please contact GDI Dayton at [masked].
