Makerspace Collider

  • Tec^Edge 5000 Springfield Street Dayton, OH, 45431 United States (map)

This Collider event is a kickoff for the Southwest Ohio Regional Makerspace Alliance.  There is a tremendous surge in interest in makerspaces in this region. We would like to identify all of the organizations with capability to join in an alliance to amplify their reach into the surrounding region.  The Wright Brothers Institute is developing an Innovation Gym to assist the Air Force Research Laboratory personnel to bring their ideas and research into useful products.  The goal is to not duplicate but connect to the capability that already exists or is being developed in the region.

We invite anyone with a maker capability (early stage to fully operational) to join us by filling out the Makerspace Alliance Template.  Please send the completed template to Bob Lee at [masked] by for entry to the Collider.  Also bring copies of your template to share with other members that you wish to connect with.
